Hope you're having a great week!  All of us in the band (except Alain) are a little sad this week that our favorite TV show, "LOST" is now over.  I'm feeling rather emotionally stressed to type these words, but if you are experiencing L.P.S.D. (LOST Post Season Depression) like we are, don't worry, you'll be o.k...we feel for you.  Even though there are many LOST questions that were left unanswered, I do feel closure and a small amount of relief that we can move on to new shows now.  For example, my 3 new(er) favorite shows are: 
"Flash Forward"
"V"
"Fringe"
These have all been on for at least one season, but if you were into LOST, one of these may be the new series for you.  It seems like they all contain some of the cast from LOST, and "Fringe" was co-created by J.J. Abrams, and they all have that LOST sci-fi appeal and mystique.  So, check them all out at these sites and don't get too hooked!
