Happy winter! Whether we're touring, rehearsing, recording, or shoveling the snow off our driveways, we have to stay healthy-minded to keep 1000 Generations going.  Other than drinking plenty of water, there are other beverages of choice that we prefer as well.  Recently, we posted a new video that details this very topic.  Check it out if you haven't had the chance: "What IS Your Favorite Beverage?"
